Ideas for Acts of Kindness Cards

1. Deliver fresh-baked cookies to a neighbor or co-worker.
2. Bring flowers to someone.
3. Offer to baby-sit for free.
4. Pay for someone's Starbucks coffee behind you in the drive-through.
5. Pay for someone's fast food meal behind you in the drive-through.
6. Send a note of encouragement to someone
7. Give another driver your parking spot.
8. Give a treat to the postman or delivery person.
9. Leave a big tip for a waiter or waitress.
10. Pay for someone's movie that is behind you in line
11. Slip a $20 bill to someone who you know is struggling financially.
12. Pay for someone's meal or dessert at a restaurant.
13. Bake goodies and take them to the police station, fire station, or hospital.
14. Take a box of doughnuts to a school, office, etc.

With each act, leave the little card with them
to let them know that God loves them. Kindness
builds the bridge for the person to receive a
touch of love from God. It's simple, practical,
effective, inexpensive, and fun!

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations...

We have plenty of opportunities here at WRC for you to walk out your God-given calling to SERVE other people. We have a few major community outreach projects every year and we invite everyone
to jump in and serve!

Worship | Connect | Serve

We have so many ways for you to jump in and start serving. One of these ways is through Growth Track. Growth Track consists of four weeks that help you discover your spiritual gifts and calling. The last step of the Growth Track helps you find a team at WRC that bests fits your interests and abilities. Click here to learn more about the Growth Track.

We also have between three to four major serve projects every year. These include: Serve Day, Back to School Bash, and our Community Christmas Outreach. We invite everyone to jump in and serve on these special projects.
